A semi-trailer dramatically crashed into a highway overpass, shutting down traffic and spilling its load of canola seeds everywhere.
The truck was zipping down Highway 40 East in Repentigny, Quebec, at high speed about 11.30am on Monday.

Either due to a huge mistake or a mechanical malfunction, the container was raised far above the height of the cab – and the bridge.
The front of the load smashed directly into the pedestrian overpass at Brien Boulevard as the truck drove under it.
Tons of canola seed were strewn all across the roadway after exploding in a spectacular shower on impact.
Emergency services shut down the area and diverted traffic, then had to clean up the millions of seeds all over the highway.
No one was hurt in the accident but there truck suffered heavy damage.
Sûreté du Québec investigators and accident reconstruction specialists were at the scene to figure out how the crash happened.
