President Trump told former Secretary of State John Kerry to butt out of the talks on the Iran nuclear agreement, and said he was “hurting” the U.S. by working behind the scenes to save the deal Trump might abandon on Tuesday.
“John Kerry can’t get over the fact that he had his chance and blew it! Stay away from negotiations John, you are hurting your country!”

The Washington Examiner reports,
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Monday that the Trump administration would not be taking any advice from Kerry on the Iran nuclear deal.
Kerry has reportedly been trying to salvage the 2015 deal made under the Obama administration by holding discussions with foreign officials such as Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.
In a Monday morning tweet, Trump accused Kerry of engaging in “possibly illegal shadow diplomacy,” alluding to the fact that he may have violated the Logan Act, which prohibits citizens from acting on behalf of the U.S. in negotiations with foreign governments.
Trump is expected to announce Tuesday afternoon whether he’ll reimpose a set of sanctions against Iran, which could trigger the end of the deal.
