The Kavanaugh confirmation process has become a massive mess thank to Democrats desire to disrupt the proceedings at any cost. They have largely succeeded in disrupting and delaying the process.
Hopefully Republicans develop a spine and continue to move things forward, and not allow any more disruption.
After all, which party is in charge?
And finally the sad evolution of due process, thanks to Democrats:
Christine Blasey Ford has potentially agreed to testify next week before the Senate Judiciary Committee. But she just this evening issued a list of demands that must be met before she’ll agree for a sit down.
Those demands potentially violate the Constitution’s Bill of Rights, specifically the rights of the accused (Kavanaugh) to “be confronted with the witnesses against him” and “to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”
