While President Trump is getting settled into office and starting on his agenda, liberals continue to throw roadblocks in his way. Democrats have been holding up his cabinet nominations for trivial reasons, even at the expense of national security and the smooth operation of government.

For its part, the media continues to try to delegitimize the president before he can accomplish many of his campaign promises. In short, liberals are turning the atmosphere in Washington toxic.
The repercussions are severe, and have even started to trickle into an area of government usually outside the boundaries of partisan political bickering. That trend continued today, as multiple senior level federal employees resigned simultaneously.
