It looks like Joe Biden isn’t loved like he thinks he is.
Lest Joe Biden and the Democrats think that by sucking up to Black Lives Matter it is going to buy them any favors, they might want to think again.
The Blaze is reporting that one of the founders of the far-left radical organization in Los Angeles told ABC News that Biden is part of the “violent white supremacist system” and therefore she would not support him.
Dr. Melina Abdullah was speaking to ABC in a report examining how the Black Lives Matter movement might have an impact on the November election.
“People are feeling dismayed that the choices are between, you know, a violent white supremacist and another person who represents the same system,” she said.
Abdullah teaches at California State University (and you wonder why college students are by and large messed up?) and had been arrested in 2019 for assaulting a Los Angeles police officer during a BLM protest.
Prosecutors later dropped the charges after pressure against the city from protesters. Mob rule, don’t you know?
Besides Abdullah, other leaders in the BLM movement have expressed similar reservations about voting for Biden.
Lawrence Nathaniel, co-founder if “I Can’t Breathe” in South Carolina said:
“I think sometimes Joe Biden and [President Donald] Trump, and our party on both sides are blinded by the struggles that the lower end of Americans are feeling today.”
Nathaniel noted that he is considering supporting a third-party candidate this go-around.
The report was showing how the organization is using momentum from the riots and protests in order to register younger Americans to vote.
According to a September poll, support for the organization has been falling like a rock, no doubt due to the months of sometimes peaceful, usually violent protests that have exploded across the country.
In June, 54% of Americans supported BLM in a poll conducted by the Associated Press and NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, while in September, that number had crashed to 39%.
Abdullah says whether it’s Biden or Trump who wins in November, she plans to continue raising hell in the streets (ok, our words not hers).
“In the midst of a protest,” she said, “a recognition that no matter what the outcome is to any of these things, we have to stay on the streets.”
Because after all, it’s about the revolution, right?
