President Barack Obama may have one more earth-shattering pardon up his sleeve, former Rep Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., said Wednesday.

Bachmann was interviewed on USA Radio Network about Obama’s action in commuting the sentence of Chelsea Manning, who as Army Pvt. Bradley Manning was sentenced to 35 years for revealing American secrets to WikiLeaks.
Bachmann believes Obama is not done yet.
“I would look for a pardon coming for Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton and the Clinton Foundation before noon on Friday,” she said.
Bachmann said that just because Clinton has never been charged in her email scandal or in any of the pay-for-play allegations leveled against the Clinton Foundation does not mean she cannot be pardoned.
” … a person does not have to be charged or in jail to receive a pardon,” she said, saying that Obama could issue a “pre-pardon.”
“I would not be surprised to see Barack Obama issue a blank pardon for anything Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton or the Clinton Foundation has done,” she said.
Bachmann had begun discussing Clinton’s email scandal on the context of the intelligence failures that took place during the Obama administration.
“The worst intelligence failures ever in the history of the United States took place under Barack Obama by Manning, Edward Snowden, and none other than our Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who, because of her selfishness in having an unsecure server set up in her home, had America’s most vital secrets likely intercepted by our enemies and then relayed to the world.” she said.
“Pardoning a former member of his administration to spare her from the hassle and embarrassment of judicial prosecution would be against what the framers of the Constitution had in mind for the clemency power. It would also violate his pledge not to grant any politically motivated pardons in his last days in office,” Crouch said.
