The President-elect, Donald Trump, received a letter from former President George H.W. Bush explaining why he won’t be able to attend the inauguration on Friday, and really… it was a doozy!

Former President Bush is currently recovering in a Houston hospital from shortness of breath. According to Twitchy.
He was told by his doctors that he couldn’t sit outside in January, “I could go, but it likely would put me six feet under and the same for Barbara” he wrote.
