It’s not quite the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, but Bill and Hillary Clinton are expanding their Westchester spread by buying the house next door, The Post has learned.
The Clintons shelled out $1.16 million for the three-bedroom, 3,631-square-foot, ranch-style home set on 1.51 leafy acres on Old House Lane in Chappaqua.
Westchester County land records and tax records from the town of New Castle — where Chappaqua is located — list William and Hillary Clinton as owners of the property.
A source said the home could be used as a weekend retreat for their daughter, Chelsea, her hubby, Marc Mezvinsky, and their children, Charlotte and Aidan.
“Rumor has it that the Clintons plan to use this as a mother/daughter house for Chelsea and her kids to visit on the weekends when they want to escape the city and their Flatiron digs since the Chappaqua house has a nice pool and plenty of rolling green lawn for kids to play on,” the source said.
The Clintons, who moved to the cul-de-sac in 1999, could also use the extra space to house staffers as the presidential election looms and later if Hillary wins the White House, the local added.
Their new house was listed for $1.18 million with Douglas Elliman and sold in August, records show.
According to the listing, the “beautifully renovated 3-bedroom ranch boasts an open floor plan, pecan wood floors throughout, modern chef’s kitchen with Viking, Subzero and Asko appliances, opens to an eating area with fireplace and the family room, all with built-in cabinetry.”
It also has a 212-square-foot basement — plenty of room for a private email server.
The tax bill is $28,790 a year.
“The master suite has a newly redone bathroom and 2 spacious walk-ins closets. Large windows throughout that overlook private, flat property,” the listing said.
The ranch is a far cry from Chelsea’s super-luxe $10 million NoMad pad in a small luxury building where Jennifer Lopez has the penthouse.
