Earlier this week, the victims were arrested by the ISIS-led Hisba police.
They were subsequently referred to the Sharia Court where they were convicted of apostasy and given the order to be executed.
Local activists, including media activist Khidir al-Faris, told ARA News the executions occurred in Abu Kama. City, in the eastern suburbs of Deri ex-Zor provice on the Syrian-Iraqi border.
“They were executed on charges of apostasy and disobeying the group’s rules in the region,” reported the source.
The victims were not identified and were only known as Iraqi nationals, according to the source.
