“This is a dangerous time …”

“We can’t survive without the cops,” she said on Fox News Friday morning.
“This is a dangerous time in American history,” she added. “This is about anarchy, lawlessness … “
Pirro said change needs to come from the top and filter through all levels of society.
“Until we get a government and a president who respects law enforcement, we’re going to be going underwater on this kind of thing,” she said.
Pirro also discussed the Dallas shootings during an interview on Fox Business.
“It’s horrible,” she said. “This is an attack on the very system of our government — that line of defense that separates us from a barbaric society.”
“The bottom line: without law enforcement we are not safe,” Pirro added.
Pirro lashed out against those who paint the police as evil.
“The police are not the enemy,” she said. “The public needs to understand that these are the people you call when you are in your worst moment. So stop this garbage about how they’re the enemy.”
Pirro, a former prosecutor, admitted there are good and bad people in law enforcement, as in all walks of life, but affirmed, “99 percent of them are good cops. So stop this garbage!”
