ARMED forces servicemen were targeted and abused by a group of protesters who held them hostage in a shocking display during Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The young liberal activists berated the two men, who were U.S. Air Force Veterans, and blocked them from moving freely.
They stopped the armed servicemen from crossing the road to attend the Donald Trump inauguration ceremony and were filmed shouting in their faces.
Witnesses were shocked to see people who had risked their lives for the country be targeted in such a way.
The Express reports,
In footage from the scene, the anti-Trump protesters vented their anger over the billionaire’s shock victory at two people who had bravely served in the US Air Force.
A protester is filmed telling one of the officers that he could not pass through to the inauguration entrance because the checkpoint they had established had been forcibly shut down.
Following this, a woman in the human barricade can also be seen following and pointing to the two men, as if to signal to her fellow protesters to not let the men through.
Those who have previously represented the United States Air Force Academy are traditionally in attendance for every Presidential Inauguration Parade.
