There isn’t a tax New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t like.
After Republican consultant Ed Rollins referred to Cortez as a “little girl,” the socialist responded by calling for a 100% “misogyny” tax.
GOP loves to insult my intelligence, yet offers *this* as their best + most seasoned opposition to my policy proposals.
If anything, this dude is a walking argument to tax misogyny at 100% 😉
Republicans rob everyone the opportunity of real policy debate by resorting to this. https://t.co/Yk3BTHbtxv

The American Mirror reports,
Appearing on Lou Dobbs Tonight, Rollins dismissed Cortez as “the little girl who wants to do pre-Reagan economics at 70% taxes,” adding, “the Democratic women are basically going to be damaged by that.”
That incensed Cortez, who deemed Rollins the GOP’s “best + most seasoned opposition.”
Then referring to Rollins as a “dude,” Cortez said he’s a “a walking argument to tax misogyny at 100%.”
“Republicans rob everyone the opportunity of real policy debate by resorting to this,” she declared.
Cortez’s dishonesty is laid bare when she characterizes Rollins’ opinion as that as all Republicans.
But maybe that’s her way to pay for what she calls a “Green New Deal.”
The 29-year-old socialist sat down with CNN’s Anderson Cooper for a 60 Minutes interview set to air this weekend.
“It’s going to require a lot of rapid change that we don’t even conceive as possible right now,” Ocasio-Cortez responded. “What is the problem with trying to push our technological capacities to the furthest extent possible?”
Cooper pointed to the biggest obvious barrier – money — but Cortez didn’t see that as an issue.
“There’s an element where, yeah, people are going to have to start paying their fair share in taxes,” she said. “You look at our tax rates back in the 60s and when you have a progressive tax rate system, your tax rate, say, from zero to $75,000 may be 10 percent or 15 percent, etceteria.
“But once you get to like the tippy-tops, on your ten-millionth dollar, sometimes you see tax rates as high as 60 or 70 percent,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
