A NEW map has revealed how terrorist group Islamic State (ISIS) are like a DISEASE after they grew to spread 8,000 miles across the globe.
From Mali in the west to the Philippines in the east, the extremists’ control is now far from constrained to its strongholds in Iraq and Syria.
In fact, the chilling document from the White House revealed there are now “official” or “aspiring” ISIS branches in 18 different countries across three continents – a huge increase from even just two years ago.
The map, put together by the US government’s National Counterterrorism Centre, shows ISIS has official branches in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt and the Caucuses region.
Aspiring branches are located in a handful of other countries where the death cult’s influences is rapidly growing, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Mali and Bangladesh.
