Liberal mainstream media just keeps spewing out the Fake News while hypocritically lecturing the masses about how Fake News lost Hillary the election. Well, MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle was forced to apologize after falsely reporting that Fox News held its Christmas party at President-elect Donald Trump‘s swanky new hotel in Washington, D.C. of course, it was a total lie.
Bizpac review reported,
Ruhle bleated the fake news while discussing the potential conflicts of interest that Trump faces as president. On Friday morning, Ruhle brayed:
Think about the hotel in Washington now. The RNC is having their Christmas party there. Fox News had their Christmas party there. That doesn’t feel a little hinky?
The only problem is, Fox News hasn’t had its Christmas party yet, and has no plans to hold it at the Trump’s D.C. hotel. Their party will be held at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel, according to a Fox rep.
Almost 5 hours after pushing the fake news, Ruhle apologized on air.
“This is some serious business that I need to share. I need to apologize to the audience. Earlier today in a segment I stated that the Fox network held their holiday party at Trump’s D.C. hotel. I was wrong. We’ve since learned that neither Fox network nor an affiliate held any party at Trump’s Washington hotel.
I stand corrected. I apologize for the error. I am truly, truly sorry. The mistake entirely my fault. And of course, I wish all my friends over at Fox a very happy holiday no matter where you have your party.”
The hypocrisy alarms are sounding loudly.
