One rogue elector could create chaos in the Electoral College.

Robert Satiacum insists he will not cast his Washington State Electoral College ballot for Hillary Clinton, no matter who his state supports.
Satiacum, a Bernie Sanders delegate at the Democratic National Convention and a member of Washington’s Puyallup Tribe, says he believes Clinton is a “criminal” who doesn’t care enough about American Indians.
Satiacum faces a $1,000 fine for casting a rogue vote, but he doesn’t care. “She will not get my vote, period,” he told The Associated Press.
It would be a rare revolt. The National Archives says 99 percent of electors through U.S. history have voted for the candidate who won their state.
