As I mentioned earlier, Chuck Schumer is complaining about Trump’s “temper tantrum,” which is RICH, given THIS:
Chuck Schumer: “It will never pass the Senate. Not today. Not next week. Not next year. So, Mr. President … if you want to open the government, you must abandon the wall, plain and simple.” Via ABC. pic.twitter.com/TCH8FIPUB7

Riiiight.
Who’s throwing a tantrum now? https://t.co/SiSwlkHoFs

But let’s get real here. This isn’t really about a wall. Democrats have all, at one point or another, at least pretended to care about border security. No, this isn’t about the wall.
This is about TRUMP.
Instead of making a substantial argument about why an investment in border security is a bad idea, the Minority Leader continues to frame his statements as resistance to the President at all costs.
That’s a terrible reason to shut down the government. https://t.co/8oArB06UGy

BINGO.
Why is @SenSchumer putting his personal vendetta against Trump ahead of the safety and security of Americans? https://t.co/EKdj8vrYRj

Because this “personal vendetta” has become the key piece of the Democratic agenda.
That’s why.
