People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, upset with the use of animals to test drugs, including some at the agency COVID czar Dr. Anthony Fauci heads, today unveiled a mosaic of him made from tiny photographs of caged and brutalized animals.

The artwork, eye-catching from a distance but disturbing up close, is part of the animal rights group’s effort to stop animal testing.

The mosaic is made up of several tiny photos of monkeys and beagles, animals that have been featured in recent reports of government drug testing.

The group said it chose a mosaic of Fauci after media reports poked fun at the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for decorating his home office with mementos to himself, including a portrait and bobblehead.
