There are few little girls who wouldn’t love to see a princess in the flesh.
For some little girls, however, every day social situations can be overwhelming, like 5-year-old Layla Lester, so her mother Jessica, was stunned when Layla made a spontaneous new friend during a stroll in a local park.
Well, it wasn’t a real princess, but Layla sure thought it was.

When she and Jessia, while walking through Akron Falls Park in New York recently ran into a bridal party taking photographs, Layla mistook the beautiful pride for Cinderella, and uncharacteristically ran over with open arms to meet her.
“She just goes running over, arms wide open, (yelling) ‘Cinderella, Cinderella!’” Jessica told WIVB 4.
“Cinderella” turned out to be bride Olivia Spark who, without missing a beat, joined right in on Layla’s fantasy.
“I was flattered. I was like in tears that she thought I was a princess, and it just made my day absolutely more amazing than what it already was,” Sparks said.
Jessica was so touched that Sparks was so kind to Layla.
“She is the epitome of what a real-life princess would be,” Jessica said. “She’s kind and she’s sweet and she went out of her way to be nice to Layla.”
Since they were already in the middle of taking pictures, Spark’s wedding photographer, Nicole Wickens, just went ahead and kept shooting.
