Rebel Wilson has marked a major milestone in her “year of health” journey.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 40-year-old actress revealed she reached her goal weight of 75 kgs (165 pounds) with a month to spare.
“Hit my goal weight with one month to spare!” Wilson posted to her story alongside a photo of a scale. “Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75kg’s.”
Wilson kicked off her health journey in January and has been documenting her physical transformation on social media. Over the weekend, the “Pitch Perfect” star also posted new photos of herself and teased an upcoming live appearance.
“I wanna go live on Insta on Tuesday night when I’m back in US to share stuff with you guys and thank everyone for their support,” Wilson stated.
Earlier this month, Wilson — who is currently dating Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch — told People she consumed about 3,000 calories per day prior to her lifestyle change.
“Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she said. “So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat.”
Wilson said while her diet consists of fish, salmon, and chicken breast, she allows herself to indulge every so often.
“It doesn’t mean every week is a healthy week,” Wilson told the outlet. “Some weeks are just write offs, and there’s nothing you can do about that.”
