A new movement came out strong to reject Democrat party politics in the heart of the liberal stronghold, Hollywood, California.
Hundreds of people joined the Walk Away Movement’s March for Freedom to express free speech, an open market economy and President Donald Trump.
The Walk Away Movement’s main goal was to show democrats that they do not own Los Angeles and America’s streets.
The rally began in West Hollywood early Saturday afternoon and grew as it marched toward Beverly Hills. Protesters carried US flags and Trump 2020 banners right through firmly blue territory.
Marchers said that America needs to be rescued, like the old movies where the distressed damsel was tied to the train tracks and the train was bearing down on her.
They identified America’s bigger challenges, especially after years of democrat rule, the dominance of so-called political correctness, pandering to mainland China both on-screen and off-screen.
Democrat commentators attempted to portray the rally as a group of right-wingers and Trump supporters making trouble.
But the members of Walk Away said that wasn’t true and that they represent the spirit of creative freedom that Hollywood was built upon in the first place and that is now being destroyed by the leftist dogma and corruption that Trump didn’t create.
The speaker said Trump “didn’t create media bias, he revealed it. He didn’t create urban decay or democratically run cities, he revealed it.”
Organizers say the rally shows that Hollywood is ready to reclaim its freedom from leftist dominance and destruction and that more people realize America needs to be saved, with a good old fashioned Hollywood ending.
