Melania Trump made a splash across the pond with her sophisticated style — particularly the ensemble she wore to meet Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla (aka the Duchess of Cornwall), at the Garden at Buckingham Palace on Monday.

The NYPost reports,
To kick off the official state visit, Melania chose a prim but fetching white Dolce & Gabbana dress with a midnight blue collar and belt. The controversial design duo — Stefano Gabbana, in particular, is known for being outspoken about his political, religious and cultural opinions — have long been sartorial supporters of the American first lady.
Melania topped off her look with a coordinating wide-brimmed hat custom designed by French-American designer Hervé Pierre, who frequently dresses the 49-year-old former model.
