Tim Allen SLAMS Hollywood’s ‘hypocritical’ Treatment of Trump

November 22, 2016 by Kristie McDonald

“What I find odd in Hollywood is that they didn’t like Trump because he was a bully,” Allen said Monday on Fox News’ “Kelly File.” “But if you had any kind of inkling that you were for Trump, you got bullied for doing that. And … it gets a little bit hypocritical to me.”

From the Washington Examiner,

“I’m really an anarchist,” Allen said, adding that despite being an actor, he doesn’t necessarily follow in the footsteps of many of his fellow celebrities who have been very critical of Trump. “As a comedian I don’t want anyone to tell me what to do. Period.”

Back in January, Allen, who starred in the hit TV show “Home Improvement,” suggested he wasn’t opposed to Trump’s candidacy.

“I’m not opposed to anybody if their workload matches their bullshit load,” he told the Hollywood Reporter Magazine. Allen has not revealed whether he voted for Trump during the election.
