Presumptive Republican Presidential Nominee Addresses Supporters After Indiana Victory.
“We’re Going After Hillary Clinton”
After a rousing victory in Indiana and the end of Ted Cruz’s campaign, the Presumptive Republican candidate, Donald Trump, spells out his plan for ‘Making America Great Again.’ First on his list: ‘We’re Going After Hillary Clinton.’
“She will not be a great president, she will not be a good president, she would be a poor president. She does not understand trade.
“Her husband signed perhaps, in the history of the world, the single worst trade deal ever done. It’s called NAFTA, and I was witness to the carnage. Over the last six weeks especially.
“I’ve witnessed what it’s done really first hand and it has been indeed carnage. We’re going to change it around. We’re not going to let Carrier and all of the companies think that they can go to another country, make their product, sell it back to us and we get only one thing. We get unemployment.
“It’s not going to happen any more folks, it’s not going to happen any more.
“We’re going to bring back our jobs and we’re going to keep our jobs. We’re not going to let our companies leave.
“Now if they wan’t to go to a different state, good luck, compete. But when they start going to different countries, and in many cases countries that devalue their currencies and make it impossible for our companies to compete. That’s not going to happen, not going to happen. But if they want to do it anyway, there will be consequence, very serious consequences.”
Trump goes on to congratulate Ted Cruz for being, “one tough competitor.” He then spells out his plans to help Veterans, eliminate ISIS, rebuild American infrastructure, strengthen the military, improve foreign relations, and unify the people and the parties of the United States Of America.
