A hate-spewing suspect dressed in loud fuchsia was caught on video screaming at a group of Asian women, “Go back where you came from!” — and then pepper-spraying them — in Manhattan, cops said Tuesday.

The victims — two 24-year-olds and two 25-year-olds — told cops the sickening encounter occurred after they had placed their shopping bags on the ground near the woman around 6 p.m. Saturday at 14th Street and Ninth Avenue.

“I know what you’re doing!” said the woman, dressed in a blinding fuchsia and orange dress, large fuchsia scarf draped around her shoulders and large sunglasses. “You’re harassing me! Go back where you came from! Go back to your country!”

The female suspect then knocked the cellphone out of one of the 24-year-old women’s hand because she was filming the incident, cops said.

When an unknown Asian man walked by, the hater stated, “You take all your bitches back to where you came from,” according to police sources.

The woman then pepper-sprayed the four women and fled north on Ninth Avenue, cops said.

The victims were treated at the scene for burning to their eyes and faces.

The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating, cops said.

The suspect appears to be in her 50s, about 5 feet 3 and 120 pounds, police said.
