“From day one, when the Supreme Court made this extreme decision to take away a constitutional right, it was an unconstitutional action by them,” Jean-Pierre said, adding, “a right that’s been around for almost 50 years, a right that women had to make a decision on their bodies and how they want to start their families.”
Many online were quick to point out her “plain ignorance.”
“To be fair, [Jean-Pierre] is regularly uninformed on most (if not all) of the top issues of the day…” Chad Gilmartin, deputy spokesman for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, said.
